Guðsþjónusta á ensku ,,TOGETHER WITH REFUGEES“ verður haldin í Breiðholtskirkju sunnudaginn 11. september kl.14:00. Mörgu flóttafólki verður boðið.
Sr. Solveig Lára Guðmundsdóttir vígslubiskup á Hólum prédikar. Morteza Songolzadeh og Amir Shokrgozar, sem eru hælisleitendur,virkir í kirkjustarfi og tala frá eigin brjósti. Sr. Toshiki Toma prestur innflytjenda þjónar fyrir altari og Örn Magnússon organisti leiðir sálma.
Í guðþjónustunni verður rík áhersla lögð á tilvist flóttafólks í þjóðfélaginu sem börn Guðs og samstöðu með þeim. Þau sem vilja sýna flóttafólki vináttu og samstöðu eru velkomin óháð trúarlegri afstöðu. Kaffisopi er eftir guðþjónustuna og þar verður einnig gott tækifæri til að kynnast fólki á flótta.
Church Service in English, „TOGETHER WITH REFUGEES“ will be held in Breiðholt church on 11th of September, Sunday at 14:00. Many asylum seekers will be invited.
Rev. Solveig Lara Guðmundsdóttir, vice bishop of Hólar, will conduct the sermon. Two asylum seekers who are active in the church activity, , Morteza Songolzadeh and Amir Shokrgozar, will speak about their own feelings.
The pastor for Immigrants, Toshiki Toma, will give a service and Örn Magnusson will lead hymns on the organ.
In this service, a clear focus will be put on the presence of refugees as children of God in our society and the importance of solidarity with them. Those who want to show friendship and solidarity with the refugees are welcome regardless of religious background. Coffee after the service will also be a good opportunity to build friendship with people seeking refuge in Iceland.
